This Refund Policy Agreement ("Agreement") is between the Individual Entrepreneur Andrii Chaikovskyi ("Company," "we," or "us") who provides software development services (Software): extensions for Magento and the customer ("Customer" or "you") who purchases Software from the Company through https://fs20-studio.com (Website).
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy for all Software purchased from the Company through the Website. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your refund request must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
- Your refund request must be made in writing by sending an email to [email protected].
- Your request must include the reason for your dissatisfaction with our Software.
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 14 days of the approval date.
Exceptions to Refund Policy

- If you have already received the final deliverables for your project.
- If you have already approved the work we have done.
- If you have violated our terms and conditions.
- Fees for support subscriptions, installation services, and recurring payments for products and/or support subscriptions (second and further payments).
